The Integrative Meditation Training IMT
is a simple and straightforward  body-related instruction program that can be used safely and effectively to bring a deeper sense of calmness and clarity into one's life.

The core of IMT is the Integrated Body Meditation, showing clients how to quickly ground the body physiologically while simultaneously learning how the human body deals with change and stress.

As a person begins to feel that he or she can better manage the body’s reactions to stress, he or she is then better able to release past history and embrace personal growth and happiness.

IMT was developed in collaboration with clients who predominately had little to no understanding of psychology and no previous meditation training.
The result was the creation of a Western-style meditation program that is highly effective with little to no spiritual or religious beliefs attached to it.
